Scope of work
Each package lists what it includes. Anything outside that list — extra pages, new features, third-party integrations or content writing — is quoted separately before work begins.
Payments and milestones
A 50% advance is required after the scope and final price are agreed. No project work begins until this manual payment has cleared. The remaining balance is paid against the agreed stages and must be settled before final handover or launch unless the written proposal says otherwise. Monthly care plans are billed in advance.
Your responsibilities
Timelines assume timely feedback and that you supply the content, logos, images and access needed. You confirm you have the right to use any material you send.
Revisions and approval
Each stage includes reasonable rounds of revision within the agreed scope. Once a stage is approved, further changes to it are treated as new work.
Ownership
On full payment, the delivered site and its custom code and design belong to you. Third-party tools, fonts and libraries remain under their own licences. Unless you ask otherwise, the finished work may be shown in this portfolio.
Cancellation and liability
Either side may end a project in writing; payments for completed stages are non-refundable and work completed to date is handed over. Advance refunds follow the Refund Policy. We are not liable for indirect losses, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected stage.
